Questions, Answered

Who is Jasmine GeGe?

Jasmine GeGe is a Singapore-based mentor for women and professionals over 40. After years in retail, including as a brand manager, she changed careers. Through her Urban Reset approach, she now helps others reinvent their careers, build a personal brand and create simple daily wellness habits.

Who is Jasmine GeGe's mentoring for?

Jasmine works with people over 40 who feel ready for a change: busy senior professionals who want more clarity, people navigating retrenchment or an intentional career pivot, and caregivers who want to look after themselves too.

What happens in a mentoring session?

Each session is a one-to-one online video call focused on your goals. We start with where you are now, work through your most important question and agree clear next steps. You can book a single call or return as your plans develop.

Is booking free, and are sessions online?

Yes. Booking a call with Jasmine is free, and all sessions run online by video. Choose a time that suits you using the Book a FREE Call button.

Does Jasmine work with clients outside Singapore?

Yes. Jasmine is based in Singapore and works with clients online wherever they live, mainly APAC. She has clients in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia. Session times can be arranged across Asian time zones. Cross-border mentoring is a core focus, so it is a good fit if you want to build work, partnerships or a client base across the region.

What is the Urban Reset?

Urban Reset is Jasmine's practical approach to life after 40 in a busy city. It brings together career and personal branding mentoring with everyday habits for sleep, movement, nutrition and hydration, drawn from reputable public health guidance. It is about small, sustainable steps, not quick fixes.

Is Jasmine a nutritionist or medical professional?

No. Jasmine is a mentor. In October 2024 she completed two courses: SMU Academy's Certificate in Nutrition and Wellness (Nutrition for Weight Management) and Harvard Medical School Executive Education's Health and Wellness: Designing a Sustainable Nutrition Plan. Wellness content on this site is general education, not medical advice. Please speak to your doctor about your own health.

Is this an MLM?

Mentoring calls with Jasmine are free and do not require you to join any company or buy any product. Separately, Jasmine is an independent distributor with a direct-selling wellness company. If you ask about that business, she explains how it works, including the costs. Results vary, and no income is promised or guaranteed.

How do I book a session with Jasmine GeGe?

Tap the Book a FREE Call button and pick a time that suits you. Booking is free and takes a minute. If you have a health concern, please speak to your doctor first.
