Privacy Notice

Your privacy matters to me. This page explains, in plain words, what I collect when you use my website, the Jasmine Wellness Check or the Urban Reset app, and what I do with it. I follow Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What I collect

When you fill in a form, book a call, or sign up for the Jasmine Wellness Check or Urban Reset, I may collect:

• your name and email address

• your phone or WhatsApp number, and your country or time zone, if you share them

• your answers to the Wellness Check or app questions

• anything you choose to tell me in a message

• The Wellness Check asks about everyday habits like sleep, movement and eating. It is a lifestyle check-in, not a medical test, and I don't use your answers to diagnose anything.

By filling in a form or signing up, you agree that I can collect and use your details for the reasons below. I'll always ask before sending you marketing.

How I use it

I use your details only to:

• give you your Wellness Check results or your Urban Reset access

• reply to you and arrange any call you book

• send you tips and updates by email, but only if you said yes

• message you by WhatsApp, SMS or phone only if you asked me to or said yes. I check Singapore's Do Not Call Registry when the law requires it.

What I never do

I never sell your details. I never share them with anyone for their own marketing.

Your details are kept with the trusted services I use to run my website, forms, booking, email and apps. Some of them store data outside Singapore. I only use services that protect it to a standard at least as good as the PDPA, and they only use your details to provide those services for me.

Keeping it safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your details from loss, misuse or unauthorised access, and I only keep what I need.

Your choices

• Stop emails anytime. Click "unsubscribe" in any email, or email me.

• See, correct or delete your details. Email me and I'll reply as soon as I can, within 30 days. If I need longer, I'll tell you when to expect it.

• Change your mind. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing me. I'll stop within 10 working days. If you withdraw, I may not be able to give you app access or results.

Under 18?

If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must agree before you sign up. The child version of the Wellness Check must be filled in by a parent or guardian, who agrees on the child's behalf.

How long I keep it

I keep your details only while I need them for the reasons above. If you haven't been in touch for 2 years, or you ask me to, I delete them.
